The definition of happiness is different for every individual living on this planet rather it’s safe to say the definition has varied over years. A healthy life, a bubbling-over-the-edges bank balance, a loving partner, successful children, and a splendid career are the common denominations of happiness in today’s life.

Develop an interest in reading philosophy because this will make even the mediocre things around you beautiful. Find a life partner who doesn’t solely love you for your looks.
2. Increase your self-awareness
Your desire to unlock the missing happiness and to spend an extraordinary life lies in your self-awareness which is a department lacking concentration. You must give considerable attention to your thought process, strengths, weaknesses, and emotions. Find an answer as to why they exist and how you can nourish or fix them.
When you become more self-aware, you get more focused on improving your weaknesses and turning them into your strengths.
Develop a plan that will help you connect with your inner self on a deeper level. Your engagement will give you a clear perspective of the things you love and enjoy the most.
Your life should be practical and useful for others but not with an idealistic approach. We can’t sustain if we stay unrealistic or theoretical.
